Do I pay a commission on bookings?

No. Vilenno only charges the plan for locations and staff. Payment providers charge their own transaction fees.

Can I try it without a credit card?

Yes. The trial starts without payment details. In the pilot phase, new businesses need an invitation code.

What happens if I stop my subscription?

You can cancel monthly. After the paid period or trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays available for export.

Can I bring my existing customers?

Yes. A CSV import with preview and validation helps you move your customer data. You can export it again at any time.

Does my client have to pay online?

No. Payment at the salon is the default. You enable online payment, deposits or the choice yourself.
